Who Are We?
Pasco Brokerage, Inc. is a full-service dealer and contractor for commercial foodservice equipment based in Plano, Texas. We supply everything needed for a professional kitchen—from smallwares to large-scale equipment like walk-in coolers and custom fabrication. Pasco serves thousands of clients across the nation, including K-12 schools, hospitals, universities, and restaurants, leveraging their network of over 500 manufacturer partners.
Our History
From 1961-now, we have always ensured that our clients receive high-quality foodservice equipment, comprehensive support, and expert installation through our network of manufacturers.
Harlan Paschal, a traveling salesman for Libbey Glass, first came to Texas in the late 1950s to help open a distribution center. He and his family fell in love with Dallas, and when Libbey asked him to return to Ohio in 1961, Harlan made a bold choice: he stayed. With a passion for the foodservice industry, he founded Pasco, initially selling dinnerware and glassware to local country clubs and restaurants.​

Twenty years later, Harlan's daughter, Kasey Hollon, and her husband, Bill, joined the company. Together, they expanded Pasco’s vision, forming partnerships with major kitchen equipment manufacturers and extending their reach to serve schools, hospitals, and government agencies.

In 1988, Kasey Hollon took the helm as president, building on her father's legacy and guiding Pasco's steady growth. Today, the third generation has stepped up, with Harlan's granddaughter and grandson leading the company as president and vice-president since 2024.

Now a dealer for over 500 manufacturers, Pasco is a global leader, holding contracts with national and local agencies and serving thousands of clients worldwide. We are proud to be a certified Texas HUB (Historically Underutilized Business), recognized as a woman-owned business.

Pasco is proudly rooted in Plano, Texas, where our dedicated operations are based. From this location, our tiny but mighty team of experts efficiently manages our vast network, ensuring each and every client receives personalized service and access to our manufacturer partners.
